We were honoured with a visit from Helen and Frances of Yorkshire Rows, who came to cut the ribbon, and who were delivered to the club by the York Rescue Boat. There were crowds, there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony, cake (from Compass Cakes), and on-water rescue demonstrations by the Rescue Boat. Here are some photos (courtesy of Mike and Angela Craggs) …
